Job summary

Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Ohio is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our day shift, with evening and PRN night shifts available. You will provide basic resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility and transfers alongside our nursing staff.

Qualifications

• STNA or CNA certification required in Ohio.
• Ability to lift, transfer, reposition residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and support to residents, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities, toileting and feeding.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers, including lifting, transferring, and repositioning.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions.
• Document resident care and services.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure high-quality care.
