Job summary

Medina Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking skilled STNAs to join our growing team in Medina, Ohio. We offer day and weekend shifts with 8- or 12-hour options, flexible scheduling, and a strong support system to help you provide excellent patient-centered care.

We provide competitive base pay with bonuses up to $24.00/hour, shift differentials, health/dental/vision, life and supplemental insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO, holiday pay, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Ohio certification.
• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
