Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego seeks a PM Shift Steward or Dishwasher to keep hotel china, silverware, and cookware impeccably clean. This full-time role requires a keen eye for detail and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will be part of a collaborative housekeeping team, with duties including lifting and moving moderate loads and maintaining hygiene standards across outlets.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in Stewarding.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting and lifting a moderate amount of weight, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up or down and remain stationary at times throughout work periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware.
