Competenze

- Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards
- Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly
- Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on daily schedule
- Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean
- Working closely with nurses and surgeons to support smooth, efficient surgeries
