Job summary

Mass General Brigham is hiring a Sterile Processing Technician for evening hours (2pm-10:30pm) with rotating weekends after training. The role focuses on cleaning, inspecting and sterilizing surgical instruments to support the operating room and outpatient services.

Training will be provided for the right candidate. We offer strong benefits including 6 weeks PTO in the first year, multiple medical plans and tuition reimbursement of $5,250 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• CRCST certification within one year of introductory period.
• Post secondary education is preferred.
• Over 1 year sterile processing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, inspection and sterilization of surgical instruments for the operating room and outpatient practices.
• Support sterile processing services in a fast-paced hospital environment.
