Qualifications

• Must obtain CRCST, CSPDT or CST within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Clean patient care equipment.
• Document sterilization process accurately and report abnormalities to leadership.
• Participate in reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• May serve as preceptor to new staff or OR staff cross-training to Sterile Processing.
