Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring compliance with hospital requirements and excellent cross-departmental service. This Monday–Friday shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM emphasizes leadership, staffing, and process improvements in a hospital environment.

The role requires CRS, 2 years of supervisory experience, and a preferred bachelor’s degree plus additional surgical tech certifications; a strong emphasis is placed on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• CER - Certified Endoscope Reprocessor required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in science or related field, Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program, Current CIS Certified Instrument Specialist, and 2 years of healthcare experience in Surgical Services and/or Sterile Processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist department leadership with broad operations to ensure comprehensive departmental service provision.
• Coordinate long-range strategic operational planning and policy development in collaboration with Surgical Services.
• Continuously assess, measure, and improve departmental performance.
• Manage departmental resources responsibly and ensure staff professional needs are met.
• Lead, teach, and inspire staff while demonstrating hospital behavioral standards.
