A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or General Engineering is required, along with at least one year of tutoring or teaching experience. Proficiency in English is essential.

Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized and group tutoring services to cadets during scheduled evening hours.
Explain engineering fundamentals related to forces, equilibrium, and structural analysis.
Guide cadets through assignments, projects, and test preparation with applied examples.
Track attendance, session summaries, and cadet performance.
Coordinate with faculty and ARC staff to maintain instructional consistency.
