Job summary

Brown-Forman is seeking a Woodford Reserve Processing Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) in Kentucky. You will support barrel handling, liquid processing, and inventory management, operating forklifts and processing equipment, while maintaining SAP records.

The role requires lifting 100 lbs, strong math and troubleshooting skills, and flexibility to cover overtime and off-shift tasks in a multi-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma.
• Able to perform simple math calculations (add, multiply, subtract).
• Strong time management to prioritize and complete tasks.
• Proven troubleshooting ability and collaborative problem solving.
• Able to lift and push/pull at least 100 pounds.
• Comfortable walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and climbing stairs/ramps daily.
• Able to work in varied environmental conditions (cold and heat).

Responsibilities

• Monitor bottling tanks and coordinate liquid transfers with Operations Manager and Lead Operator.
• Load/unload tankers to support bottling schedules.
• Perform batching, analytical, and proofing tests on whiskey and processing tanks.
• Record downtime events in TrackSYS and maintain inventory records in SAP.
• Support barrel handling, warehouse movements, and tanker operations.
• Collect and document liquid and barrel samples as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements and quality test records.
• Provide processing support across T1 and T2 operations.
