Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or data entry preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect urine and oral fluid samples in accordance with Ethos procedures.
• Perform blood specimen collection via venipuncture when applicable.
• Label and package specimens for transport to the laboratory.
• Enter patient information into LIS/EMR and complete requisitions.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to obtain missing patient or order information.
• Maintain specimen integrity by following SOPs and safety rules.
• Represent Ethos professionally when interacting with patients and staff.
• Participate in required training and maintain competency documentation.
