Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals to meet specifications in a timely manner.
• Properly measure ingredients and portions.
• Ensure staff adhere to standards and sanitation requirements.
• Use knives and kitchen equipment for preparation.
• Manage kitchen inventory and maintain quality supplies.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and safe storage.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
