Front desk, hospitality, wellness, retail, or medical office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with social media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Capture photos, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and in-clinic moments
Help create, post, and schedule social media content
Brainstorm fun, engaging, and on-brand content ideas
Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with local content
Help maintain a consistent and elevated brand presence online
Track content ideas and assist with organizing a content calendar
Greet patients warmly and help create a welcoming front desk experience
Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and respond to basic patient inquiries
Collect co-pays and support light front desk administrative tasks
Help keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable
