Job summary

Just Fare is seeking a Workplace Attendant to support client sites in Downtown Seattle. This part-time role focuses on hospitality, food service operations and maintaining clean, organized office kitchens.

You'll stock snacks and beverages, brew coffee, assist guests with hospitality, and coordinate inventory with HQ while delivering friendly, professional service to diverse workplaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar field or customer service with a passion for food and people.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication and patience.
• Attendance and punctuality with schedule flexibility per client location needs.
• Ability to work independently and make on-the-fly decisions.
• Basic Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive all snack and drink deliveries.
• Stock snacks and drinks using FIFO.
• Brew coffee and replenish throughout the day.
• Tidy, clean and sanitize kitchen areas.
• Wash, dry, stock and maintain dishes and utensils.
• Assist with signage for offerings.
• Conduct inventory and place replenishment orders with HQ.
• Maintain monthly smallwares inventory.
• Monitor time and temperature for safety.
• Be friendly host in all office kitchen areas.
• Help guests and fulfill requests with hospitality.
• Assist with new client setups for Snack and Drink installations.
