Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; role may accept experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Operates shuttle bus and/or passenger coach-type vehicles to safely transport passengers to various destinations.
• Adheres to assignments and scheduled shuttle routes.
• Reports to the Supervisor or Dispatcher as required.
• Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers.
• Follow established routes and departure times; communicate detours/delays to dispatch.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with Fleet Safety Program and state/federal laws.
• Maintains an accurate log of passengers, trips, mileage, and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to passenger limits and assist passengers with disabilities to board/disembark.
• Report emergencies/concerns with vehicle or passengers immediately.
