ABC Supply Co. Inc. is hiring for a second shift warehouse associate in Aberdeen, MD. The role focuses on picking, packing, and loading trucks, with emphasis on safe handling of materials and accurate shipping documentation.

The duties include operating a forklift as needed, organizing inventory, and collaborating across departments to meet SOP standards. The position offers opportunities for cross-training and participation in safety and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to read, write clearly, and do simple math.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work with others.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean workplace.
• An orientation toward customer service is important.
• Experience working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to be cross trained in multiple areas.

Responsabilités

• Pick, pack, and load trucks.
• Use an LPN and DSI to manage movement of inventory and orders.
• Identify, inspect, label, and weigh material for shipment.
• Ensure product and packing prepared for shipment meets our SOP standards.
• Stage trucks for live load.
• Complete shipping/BOL documentation.
• Cross train and work in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and shipping dock.
• Follow all forklift requirements and regulations.
• Participate in Safety Programs.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement projects.
