ABC Supply operates a second shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm in a manufacturing setting in Aberdeen, MD. The role focuses on picking, packing, and loading trucks with care to prevent damage, while managing inventory and following safety protocols for forklift operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with help. Teamwork and customer-service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write clearly, and do simple math.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work with others.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean workplace.

• Experience working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and load trucks.
• Identify, inspect, label, and weigh material for shipment.
• Stage trucks for live load; complete shipping/BOL documentation.
• Cross train and work in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and shipping dock.
• Follow forklift requirements and participate in safety programs.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
