Job summary

item America is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Maryland. First Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday. Pay starts at $18.54 per hour plus bonuses.

You will pick, pack, sort, count, store, and prepare items for storage or shipment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. You will use MS NAV ERP and shipping software, print postage, schedule freight, perform cycle counts, and monitor docks. A high school diploma and 2–3 years related experience are required; you must lift up to 60 lbs and work with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years related experience.
• Proven ability to follow policies and schedules.
• Strong computer skills to navigate ERP systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment.
• Maintain a high level of quality to ensure correct product and on-time delivery.
• Verify materials received against packing lists and documentation.
• Handle delicate items with high attention to detail to ensure flawless shipments.
• Unpack, label, and stock inventory locations.
• Package items for customer shipments and internal manufacturing lines.
• Print postage and ship via FedEx and UPS.
• Schedule freight shipments.
• Perform shipping/receiving/finished goods transactions in MS NAV.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and other inventory control initiatives.
• Monitor shipping and receiving dock.
• Report to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires 2-3 years related experience.
