Qualifications

• Two to seven years of clerical experience required.
• Two to seven years’ experience in order fulfillment or inventory operation preferred.
• Previous experience with a warehouse management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and clerical support for the department.
• Confirm accuracy of systems and reports.
• Update spreadsheets or systems as required.
• Identify and report issues.
• Validate the status of orders and inventory as orders are processed and shipped.
• Print exception reports and investigate failed processes.
