Job summary

Heidelberg Distributing Company seeks a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick orders, load equipment, and keep a clean, safe warehouse. You’ll use Easy-Pick tech, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and help stock inventory in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate forklifts and walkie power jacks.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly and up to 165 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Successfully pass a drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology.
• Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks.
• Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
