• Monitors product quality and follows the store cleaning plan.
• Monitors labor usage against sales and recommends corrective action.
• Assists in training and cross-training of positional skills as directed by the unit manager.
• Follows all procedures in the Operational Procedures Manual and ensures time card accuracy.
• Maintains safe working conditions by following safety and security policies; reports accidents.
• Ensures dress policy is followed at all times.
