Job summary

Gallagher Uniform is seeking a Working Shift Supervisor to lead associates in production and cleaning activities, ensuring quality and meeting daily goals while providing real-time coaching and training.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–11:30 pm; the role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn payroll/time systems.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate production/cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates to perform production and cleaning tasks.
• Coordinate with stockroom, route service, and maintenance departments.
• Monitor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee overtime and complete production reports as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow safety rules.
• Provide coaching and resolve associate questions or concerns.
