Job description

This position supports the production team. The Production Floor Supervisor will oversee daily tasks of personnel on the Production Floor in a hands‑on environment. This is a full‑time position with afternoon and evening hours covering the duration of the production shift, Monday - Saturday.

This candidate must be able to work in a dynamic setting, communicate effectively with team members, perform multiple duties, and engage in new opportunities each day.

Essential Job and Duties

• Supervise daily tasks of Production Floor personnel
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees
• Enforce GMPs and maintain quality standards
• Achieve daily production goals and implement Plant initiatives
• Check labels, lot codes, and product stacking patterns
• Capable of working in various work settings of the facility including warehouse, office, and plant areas

Requirements
