Job summary

SSC Services for Education is hiring a FULL TIME SHIFT SUPERVISOR (HOURLY) in Murray, KY. Schedule is M-F 4pm-12:30am with some weekends. Supervisory experience preferred. Pay range is $16.00 per hour. Benefits include a comprehensive package and same day pay.

Direct the activities of associates on a shift and ensure policy and procedures are followed. Ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
