Fresh Ideas Management is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Wayne State University, Wayne, NE. Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 3:00 pm–9:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday split shift, 8:30 am–8:30 pm. Online applications accepted.

Qualifications

• Prior food service and supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks in line with policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure targets for quality, productivity and safety are met.
• Serve as the main contact for employee requests or time-off.
