Job summary

Compass Group USA at Lasell University in Auburndale, MA is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for a Sunday-Thursday 4:00 pm–11:30 pm shift. Prior shift leadership and cooking experience in food service is required; wage is $22–$24 per hour.

You will supervise associates, schedule staff, assist with catering events, and help maintain quality, safety, and guest service. Perks include shift meals and holidays off, with opportunities to grow in campus dining operations.

Qualifications

• Requirement: Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Team Lead, or Supervisor is required.
• Must have prior grill cook, line cook, or general cooking experience in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support catering events including evenings, weekends, and campus events.
• Work in fast-paced environment and assist with staffing, customer service, and operations.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in college dining, restaurants, catering, or high-volume food service.
• Cash handling, food production, and team supervision.
