Job summary
Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. seeks a Stationary Engineer to operate and maintain building systems providing heat, cooling, and power at the CDC facility in Atlanta.
The role requires ensuring safe, efficient operation, recording readings, and performing routine maintenance on York chillers and boiler systems. The position offers full-time hours, shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shifts, comprehensive health/dental/life insurance, retirement benefits, disability coverage, holidays, and paid
Qualifications
- Apprentice or Technical School graduate, or a combination of journey-level experience.
- 4th Class Power Engineering Operating Certification.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Federal credentialing process to access the facility includes PIV/smart card, training and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain systems delivering heat, cooling, refrigeration, steam or high-temp water.
- Monitor gauges/meters and adjust controls for safe, efficient operation.
- Record system operation in logs and maintain engines and equipment.
- Perform routine chiller maintenance per factory schedules and procedures.
