Job summary

Aurora Care Management in Florida is seeking reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Home Health Aides (HHA) to assist residents with daily living activities and monitor health in a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA or HHA certification (required).
• CPR & First Aid certification (required).
• Level II background screening (or willingness to obtain).
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia care training (preferred or must complete upon hire).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or memory care (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
