Mount Carmel Dublin is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-hour evening shift, three shifts per week. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care in our new Dublin facility, with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will assess and plan care, collaborate with the care team, document thoroughly, and apply evidence-based practice while upholding professional standards within Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from school of nursing.
• Licensure: Ohio RN license currently active.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New graduates with <1 year clinical experience enroll in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and patient safety.
• Collaborate with care team to develop a plan of care.
• Communicate promptly with patient and family and update care team.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Assume accountability for care provided by others as appropriate.
