Job summary

Olin is hiring a Production Operator in Webb City, MO. The role operates, troubleshoots, and makes machine adjustments, loads cardboard into equipment, and uses a forklift to move palletized materials.

The shift runs 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with a $1.25/hour differential. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with pay increases after 90 and 180 days based on performance. Olin offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior related production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates, troubleshoots, and adjusts production machinery.
• Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transports palletized materials using a forklift.
• Performs quality checks.
• Adheres to safety requirements including lockout/tagout and PPE.
