Job summary

Winchester in Webb City, MO is seeking a Production Operator to operate, troubleshoot, and adjust production equipment, load cardboard boxes, and move materials with a forklift. The shift is 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, with a $1.25/hour shift differential for afternoon and midnight shifts.

Salary starts at $22.00/hour, with increases after 90 and 180 days based on performance. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and work in varying temperatures, and work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and adjust production equipment.
• Load cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transport palletized materials using a forklift.
• Perform quality checks.
• Adhere to safety requirements including lockout/tagout and PPE.
• Operate Cast or Paint Machine and replace tooling as needed.
• Maintain raw material reservoirs.
