Job summary

Moore-United Presort Tulsa is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead daily production operations on the Tulsa floor. You will supervise about 25 employees, coordinate workflow, monitor quality and safety, and drive on-time performance.

This role requires strong problem-solving, leadership and communication on the production line, with experience in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required. Equal opportunity employer.

• Lead training, performance reviews and cross-training.
• Maintain production records and daily production schedules.
