Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking a Product Quality Technician to monitor daily production of soups and prepared meals, ensuring quality standards are met at each step from prep to fill.

You will work with the Production Team, conduct audits, support investigations, and uphold GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP plans while collaborating across shifts to drive product excellence and safety in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals and write routine reports.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiar with statistical methods and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and influence proper culinary and cook methods.
• Support investigations of customer complaints and containment actions.
• Coach teams on quality standards and procedures, reducing process variability.
• Be present on the production floor and monitor batch controls.
• Maintain quality control reporting data and communicate findings.
