Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is seeking a maintenance mechanic to keep production equipment running with minimal downtime in a fast-paced packaging plant. You will perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, follow GMP and safety guidelines, and help with changeovers and preventive maintenance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic PC skills, and the ability to work Monday through Thursday, 3 pm to 1:30 am.

Qualifications

• Familiar with vertical and horizontal pouch packaging machines.
• Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret safety documentation, equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and facilities to maximize quality production with limited downtime and waste.
• Follow GMP, FDA, OSHA, HACCP guidelines.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly PMs and document results.
• Train operators and other mechanics as needed and assist with changeovers when required.
