Job summary

PACKRITE LLC in High Point, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations of the plant floor and keep production equipment running at peak performance.

You will perform preventive maintenance, follow GMP and OSHA requirements, and coordinate with supervision and contractors to minimize downtime and ensure safe, compliant operations.

This full-time role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to safety, and the ability to work across shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• LOTO (Lock Out/Tag Out)
• Familiar with OSHA rules and regulations
• Excellent communication, coaching and training skills
• Ability to multi-task – possess analytical skills and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations of the facility and ensure production equipment runs smoothly.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines operating efficiently.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating work of outside contractors on site.
• Keep inventory of parts and process requisitions as needed.
• Alert Maintenance Director to any unusual occurrences or damages.
