Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep packaging lines up and running in Bridgeton, Missouri. You will maintain equipment, minimize downtime, follow GMPs/FDA/OSHA, and ensure safe, clean operations.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in mechanical/electrical fields, strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• OSHA safety regulations compliance.
• Associates degree in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Familiar with vertical and horizontal pouch packaging machines.
• Mechanic skills: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting; repair of packaging machines.
• Read and interpret safety docs, manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork.
• Available to work MONDAY-THURSDAY, 3 pm - 1:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and facilities to maximize quality production with limited downtime and waste.
• Follow GMPs, FDA, OSHA and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Wear proper PPE per GMPs, SDS, and OSHA.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Train operators as needed.
• Fill in for production as needed.
• Stock and maintain spare parts inventories.
