Job summary

Johnny's Selected Seeds seeks an Operations Team Leader for seed packing on the evening shift in Winslow, Maine. The role oversees staff, ensures efficient packing, and supports the supervisor to meet service levels.

Starting pay is $21.57 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium. Hours are 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, Monday–Friday with potential overtime. A strong communicator with leadership and process-improvement skills will thrive.

Operations Team Leader - Seed Packing

Evening Shift

Position Summary

Johnny's Selected Seeds has an immediate opening for a Full-time, Year-round, Operations Team Leader / Seed Packing for our evening shift. This position is located at the Winslow, Maine facility. The standard hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, some overtime is required. Starting pay is $21.57 ($19.57 per hour plus a $2.00/hr shift differential for working evening shift).

Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing the workflow, setting the pace, and assisting the supervisor in daily work functions. They ensure that work is performed efficiently and take the lead in resolving any issues. You will be overseeing full-time and seasonal staff to make sure that orders are packed and processed to meet service level to our customers.
