Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking an Evening Shift On-Call Training Supervisor to lead caregiver training and education in Metairie, LA. You will design programs, coach teams, and ensure high standards of service and clinical care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for caregivers, focusing on customer service, clinical skills, and communication techniques

• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to caregivers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
