Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced LPN to lead the evening shift. As Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee care, mentor staff, and ensure clinical excellence for our residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Your leadership, strong communication, and calm decision-making will help coordinate with families and doctors, respond to emergencies, and maintain smooth operations from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in VA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills.
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
• A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude.
