Weiss-Aug – Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a 2nd Shift Metal Stamping Material Handler who will safely move heavy materials, coiled metals, tools, and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks. The role supports stamping operations and production flow with attention to safety and efficiency.

The position requires five years of forklift experience, two years in stamping manufacturing, and solid math/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years forklift experience required.
• Two years stamping manufacturing experience.
• Able to load/unload heavy coils safely.
• Able to operate computer and learn proprietary software.
• Good verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, and store products in secure locations.
• Maintain records of materials received and shipped with dates and locations.
• Review shipments for quality and accuracy; verify documents.
• Expedite shipments affecting production schedule.
• Transport materials using forklift or pallet jacks and manual handling.
• Resolve internal issues and make corrections as needed.
