Job summary

CandyCo LLC is seeking a Material Handler to move, stage, and organize materials across our Lindon, American Fork, or Springville facilities to support production and warehouse operations. Ensure materials are available where and when needed.

The role uses forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, maintaining accurate records and following safety and food safety protocols. Ability to work overtime, weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience and operation of related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet production needs.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative for material moves.
• Commitment to CandyCo standards and safety protocols.
• Comfort with basic warehouse systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and store raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely.
• Label and document material movement per inventory control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
• Be flexible to changing production or warehouse priorities.
• Work shifts including weekends and holidays.
