Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Conversion Lead in Huntington Beach, CA to oversee all manufacturing personnel and machine operations during the shift, demonstrate leadership, maintain knowledge of processes and equipment, and ensure safety and production standards are met.

You will lead the team, report issues, coordinate training progress, and ensure smooth operations on the Sunday through Thursday shift (Fri/Sat off), working 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Airtech Manufacturing.
• At least 1 year experience as a Trainer or Expeditor at Airtech.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing personnel and machine operations during the shift.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.
• Report on process and equipment issues, calling for assistance when needed.
• Review training progress reports and organize work for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, rules, and safety regulations while meeting production standards.
