Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Conversion Lead in Huntington Beach, CA to oversee all manufacturing personnel and machine operations during the shift, demonstrate leadership, maintain knowledge of processes and equipment, and ensure safety and production standards are met.

You will lead the team, report issues, coordinate training progress, and ensure smooth operations on the Sunday through Thursday shift (Fri/Sat off), working 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Airtech Manufacturing.
• At least 1 year experience as a Trainer or Expeditor at Airtech.

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Conversion Lead to join their team. As a Conversion Lead, you will be part of the Conversion Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $21.5

Shift:Sunday through Thursday (FRI/SAT OFF): 3:00pm to 11:30pm

• Ability to identify safety hazards and communicate effectively with team members
