Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to repair, tune and maintain facility equipment and systems with a proactive, hands-on approach. The role requires working Monday through Friday in the shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

You will perform electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs; install and recommission equipment; maintain HVAC and air systems; and keep precise maintenance records to support safe and efficient production operations.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years experience or demonstrated skills
Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment, basic electrical work, lighting systems, equipment installation, assembly, and general repairs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems; ability to maintain records and generate reports

Responsibilities

Perform electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs on facility fixtures and equipment
Install, relocate, and recommission new or existing equipment as needed
Maintain and repair air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems that support production operations
Complete basic engineering calculations related to new equipment installations
Update mechanical drawings and prints to reflect approved changes
Service and maintain HVAC and ventilation systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Provide recommendations to the supervisor for equipment upgrades and process improvements
Maintain accurate maintenance records for assigned equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
Execute preventive maintenance activities and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
