Job summary

Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital is seeking a maintenance technician to provide preventive maintenance for buildings, equipment and grounds to ensure a safe environment. Primary duties include painting, wall covering, and floor covering, plus drywall, carpentry, and equipment safety testing.

The role is full-time with a 3:30pm–12:00am shift and hourly base pay of $20.00–$22.00. Requirements include five years of painting/building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent,

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in painting and building maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and unencumbered driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and preventive maintenance to buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Painting, wall covering and floor covering.
• General maintenance including hanging and finishing drywall, carpentry, equipment maintenance and safety testing.
