Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance/machine repair experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, control technology, and welding.
• Knowledge of safe equipment practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with hazardous waste/material handling procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and building.
• Assist in repair of woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts.
• Order supplies and parts as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Maintain records of repair and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area clean.
• Participate in safety, CI, and other programs.
