Qualifications

• Must have mechanical skills enabling operation of material processing machinery.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Lead by example in procedures, policies, and attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Capable of training employees to meet production goals with safety and quality.
• Good hand/eye coordination; inspect finished work and ensure product acceptability.
• Aware of safety and housekeeping issues and address them accordingly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing.
• Must be able to operate an electric walkie and lift assist.

• Communicate clearly with shift teams during changes and handoffs.
• Contribute to process audits and implement reaction plans as needed.
• Identify improvements to eliminate waste and improve housekeeping.
