Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southwest Agg LLC is seeking an equipment maintenance technician for an evening shift (1pm–11pm) to perform lubrication, preventive maintenance, and fluid services on heavy machinery. You will inspect, service, and record maintenance actions while ensuring safety and reliability on site.

Responsibilities include following schedules, reporting issues, and maintaining a clean work area. Benefits include a 401(k), health/dental/vision, and paid time off.

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and lubrication procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while collaborating with operations and maintenance teams.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
