Job summary

Higher Call Nursing Center is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Oklahoma. You will provide high-quality patient care, work with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure safe and effective treatment plans for patients.

The role requires an Oklahoma LPN license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates and shifts run from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma.
• High school diploma or equivalent; nursing degree preferred.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medications, wound care and vitals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor and report patient condition and medications.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
• Demonstrate empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds.
