Job summary

Higher Call Nursing Center is seeking an Evening Shift LPN in Oklahoma to provide direct patient care and support within a multidisciplinary team. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with wound care, and help develop individualized care plans while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma
• HS diploma or equivalent required; nursing diploma or associate degree preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
• Monitor and report on patient’s condition, progress, and medications
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and needs

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or associate's degree in nursing preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment up to 50 pounds
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
