Job summary

Aver in Bloomington, IN is seeking a team member for evening shifts from 5 pm to 10 pm, up to five nights a week. You will stay on point at the cut table, directing and correcting staff, catching mistakes, and fixing issues on the spot.

You may also greet carry-out customers, take orders, and help with deliveries and pizzas per our menu. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED), strong communication, POS/cash handling skills, and the ability to lift heavy items while working

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and serve meals promptly.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Direct and correct staff at the cut table during shifts.
• Catch mistakes before they leave the store and fix them.
• Assist carry-out customers and enter delivery orders by phone.
• Prepare pizzas and other items per the menu.
• Complete task and cleaning checklists and ensure staff compliance.
